• Enquiries. Your name, email address, phone number, business name, preferred call time and the message you send us through the enquiry form or the Ask us chat.
• Mailing list. Your email address if you subscribe in the footer.
• Chat questions. The questions and answers exchanged in the Ask us chat, so we can see what visitors want to know.
• Technical information. Standard web server and hosting logs, such as the pages requested and general device information.

To answer your enquiry, book a strategy session, send you the mailing list content you asked for, improve the site and meet our record keeping obligations. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers described below.

We use Google Ads conversion measurement to see which ads lead to enquiries. We ask every visitor, wherever they are, before any of it runs: the Google tag loads only if you accept marketing cookies, and until then, and if you reject, no Google tracking code is loaded at all. If you accept, we switch on advertising storage for measurement only - analytics storage, ad personalisation and sharing of ad user data stay switched off. A single conversion is then recorded when an enquiry is successfully received, and the only identifier we pass to Google is a random reference for that enquiry. We never send your name, email address, phone number or the content of your message to Google, and enhanced conversions are switched off. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer - if you withdraw consent we stop future measurement and clear the advertising cookies we set. You can also opt out of personalised Google advertising through your Google Ad Settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Our website hosting and database provider, our email delivery provider (used to send the notification of your enquiry to us), and the AI provider that powers the Ask us chat. These providers process your information only to deliver those services. Some of them store data outside Australia.

Enquiries are kept while we are dealing with you and for as long as we need them for business records. Mailing list subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Chat records are kept to improve the service and are deleted once they are no longer useful.

Information is stored in access controlled systems and only Anthony can view enquiry records. No system is perfect, so please do not send sensitive information such as financial details through the enquiry form or chat.
